The Concept
Stressing the mind and body in a healthy way
The key to it's working is actually stress tho not "unhealthy stress".
The program was actually designed initially to address types of cognitive dysfunction in addition to improve endurance and physical ability.
By keeping things both simple, private and in a sense exclusive, it has been found to greatly improve much in a very short space of time.
Based on Isometric Exercise
This contracts and engage the muscles without moving them which makes this form of training particularly low-impact.
As a result, many people can undertake isometric exercise regardless of their mobility level and it is well suited to people who are attempting to build strength after an injury or who have problems with their joints, including individuals who are suffering from arthritis.
It is important however to note that, although they are highly effective at improving endurance and strength they generally do not increase ability to perform the same activity with more repetitions or at a faster speed.
The majority of our programs use isometric principles and are extremely effective if used correctly with little risk of damage and provides the same internal benefit obtained from all physical exercise and creates an environment whereby the body itself begins to put things back into balance.
Combining The Use Of Talk Therapy
Simply to engage in a simplistic exercise program does not produce drastic or effective results at times and many people find it difficult.
It is important to actually combine both tasks and perform them simultaneously whilst creating an "easy environment whereby one becomes comfortable not only to "bare all" in front of another even remotely often generates both distraction and distraction, it also creates a significant feeling of self empowerment.
The N.A.K.E.D Principal
In short: N.A.K.E.D. in Five Easy Letters:
N is for Negatives:
A is for Adjustment
K is for Knowledge
E is for Effort
D is for Doing.
And is core in being able to generate success.
